Judging Criteria

• Each cocktail will be graded on a scale of 1-10, with 10 points being the best.
• Each cocktail will be judged on its presentation, taste, fresh ingredients and creativity for an overall score.
• Three bars with the most total points for one of their cocktails advance to the Grand Finale round.
• Ties in scoring will be broken at the judge’s discretion based upon the four criteria, consideration of the average consumer’s overall pleasure of indulging in the specific cocktails involved in the tie, and which cocktail best matches the competition theme of “Pure and Simple. Back to Basics.”
